Hi! I’m Stephanie, a twenty-something New Yorker who loves to eat, drink and be merry.
Thanks to gymnastics and dance I was able to maintain my weight while I was growing up, but after leaving college, my unhealthy eating habits seem to have taken over.
I work out occasionally, but not nearly enough to offset the amount cheese, wine, candy and processed junk food I eat.
This blog will hopefully document my journey back to being healthy. I want to start eating healthier and working out a bit more, while still enjoying the occasional treat every now and then.
