Project Endo postcard 2/6

The average age of diagnosis is 27 ( the age I was!)

See the first postcard here.

Useful resources:

Endo Uk website and  I have also created a downloadable symptom tracker here.

Project Endo began here on this blog as a hashtag to document my journey with endometriosis (feel free to search through the archives and read). As my blog has gained readership I have had the pleasure of receiving many emails, tweets and Facebook messages from other endo sisters for whom my blog and openness provides support. Blogging about living with endometriosis helps me enormously and I know I am reaching other people which is reward in itself.

I am taking Project Endo a step further and am in the process of setting it up as a charitable trust which will happen later on the year. My aim is to continue to raise awareness of the condition, to provide support to others suffering, and to enable others to access information and knowledge about holistic health, nutrition, and dealing with endometriosis.

The main aim of Project Endo is to raise awareness of endometriosis through impactful imagery and presence in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries, the sectors in which I work and where most women can be reached. I have plans in place for collaboration, for offline events, and for online support.

This postcard by fabulous illustrator Antonia Parker is the second in a series that will be issued monthly to raise awareness of endometriosis, particularly with relevance to the beauty and lifestyle industries.

I would love for you to re-post this image on your blogs, Facebook, G+, Pinterest and anywhere else you can think of!

Let’s get this message out there. Love,
