So, what next? Life after Team Bangs?
Well I am not letting these girls go. Some were friends already, some are new friends. All are now part of my life. I have signed up for the Reading Half Marathon next April with Scribs, and running is now firmly part of my positive battle with depression and endometriosis.
Rather handily, fellow Team Bangite Jayne (AKA Beach Bum Beauty) has launched Operation Fit and Fabulous, a 3 month social media group effort to work of health, fitness and beauty goals so by Christmas we will look and feel as fabulous as possible. I am taking part in this, with the aim to take better care of myself all round, lose more weight and work on some health and fitness goals in the safety and motivation of another team.
Jayne is one of the most amazing people I know. She not only works on her own business full time but she runs a beauty blog and has co-founded Blurt Alerts, a charity to help people with depression. Jayne has also overcome so many of her own personal depression demons this year and is on a stellar trajectory to amazing places. She is inspiring, motivated, kind, lovely, and thoughtful, and through Blurt and Operation Fit and Fabulous she is reaching out to so many others to help them start their own journey too.
Read more about Operation Fit and Fabulous here, join in if you want to, and I will keep you updated.

Aww sweetheart, it doesn’t feel like I’m reading about me at all because those things all explain perfectly how I see and think about you. There isn’t a day goes by that you don’t inspire me and the kindness you showed me when we first met is probably the catalyst for all this xx
